Work your way through a total body routine using a combination of yoga poses and other strength building movements put together in small sets of reps. This is definitely a SLOW 🔥 BURN...and may take time to work up to the full routine. Go at your own pace and remember to BREATHE and REST when needed!

The Five Tibetan Rites are an ancient yoga practice that consists of a sequence of five exercises performed 21 times a day. We will finish this practice with 2 different breathing exercises...and then REST!
