Thai Yoga Bodywork with Molly Hoskin & Niki Hildahl

Also known as "lazy-person's yoga," Thai Bodywork is a holistic and nurturing blend of assisted yoga poses, meditation, acupressure, and healing touch. This practice is performed on a padded floor mat instead of a table, and you'll remain fully clothes (no oils or lotions need to be applied).
