Wisdom Years Strength and Cardio:
Tuesdays 11:30am-12:30pm
Low impact cardio and strength training for the whole body. We use chairs, free weights, blocks, and body weight for a fun total body and safe workout for longevity!
Wisdom Years Yoga and Mat Pilates:
Fridays 11:30am-12:30pm
Lots of props: Chairs, blocks, blankets, straps (all provided) to move the body through various static and dynamic shapes with engagement and flexibility.
